Due to their popularity, our delivery times are slightly longer than normal. We are currently restocking. We appreciate your patience.


1) What are your delivery times?

We will process your order within 24 to 48 hours.

We carefully craft your necklace. This process takes us between two and three days.

Then, we put the finishing touches on your order and add a certification according to applicable law. This takes about 72 hours.

Finally, we finish packaging your product and send it.

Below is a list of our current delivery times:
France : 5 to 7 business days
Belgium : 5 to 10 business days
Switzerland: 5 to 10 business days
Europe : 5 to 12 business days
Rest of the World: 5 to 15 business days

These times don’t take possible delays caused by customs, strikes, theft, or other extenuating circumstances out of our control into account.

2) How do I modify my order?

You have until 00:00 Midnight CEST / 17:00 US Central Standard Time (CST) on the same day you place your order to contact us.

We will not be able to process any modification requests after this period.

Modification requests cannot be guaranteed, and all requests must be confirmed as received by our customer experience team to be taken into account.

3) How do I track my order?

 If your order is still within the delivery time listed above, but you still haven’t received your order, don’t worry! This is normal!

The status of your order may not be updated every day. This frequently happens with international deliveries. Try checking the status of your order in a few days.

4) Where’s my order confirmation email?

If you haven’t gotten your order confirmation email, one of three things may have happened:

  1. The email is in your spam folder.
  2. Your email provider blocks our emails (particularly if you use @orange.fr or @sfr.fr)
  3. You typed in your email address incorrectly

Check your spam folder, and if you can’t find your confirmation email, email us at support@mylittlenecklace.com, and we’ll send the email again.

5) How do I cancel my order?

You have up to two hours after you finalize your order to make a cancellation request. You can send your cancellation request by email to: support@mylittlenecklace.com.

No cancellation requests can be accepted after that time period because we will be processing your order. You can always return your order up to 14 days after receiving it if you’d still like a refund.

6) How do I return my order?

Contact our customer service representatives for all return inquiries.

According to article L121-21-8 of the current applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse your request if we deem that the reason for said request does not match our terms and conditions.

If your return request was accepted, you must return the order unopened in its original packaging, unsealed, and unmarked.

Shipping and handling for all returns are paid at the customer’s expense.

We’ll proceed with your refund once we’ve received and inspected your order.
